Hello, pls see the points for the Press Conference as discussed day:* RNA VIVA Flat Buyers Protest Against Unending Dates by SUPREME COURT and Unending Wait for our flats Possession

• Fed up with broken promises, flat buyers ( many Senior citizens) of RNA VIVA demand justice. The prolonged delay in possession has resulted in financial hardships & uncertainty. Victims of the RNA VIVA project at MIRA ROAD, Thane stand here today, united in our struggle for justice from the Honourable Supreme Court of India. For 15 long years, we’ve been waiting for possession of our homes, RNA CORP(ANUBHAV AGARWAL) failed to deliver our Flats to home buyers paid 90% of the agreed amount. The Supreme Court ordered a status quo 3 years back, and we demand that the status quo be canceled

• CIRP was held up due to a Status Quo order to be removed by the Supreme Court. Immediate Possession: We urge the RP appointed for the case to hand over our homes without further delay.
• Compensation for Delay from RNA Corp Builder: We seek fair compensation for the mental agony and financial hardships endured by us for the last 14 years.*
• APPEAL TO HONOURABLE HONOURABLE CJI, HONOURABLE CM OF MAHARASHTRA, HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA AND PRESIDENT OF INDIA.
• We appeal to the CJI to intervene and ensure justice is served. We won’t back down until we get our homes.
• ” We will continue our fight until we get our rightful homes,”
